Reorder attributes and raMelFunctions

I added two MEL scripts to ‘downloads’ section:

The first one is ‘Reorder attributes’ which allows to reorder custom attributes in the channel box.

The second one is ‘raMelFunctions’ which for now only has one script but will be filled later with other functions that you can use from command line. But most importantly other scripts use it (like Reorder attributes) to work properly so you need to install those too if you plan to use the scripts that are dependant on them.
